The album soon to be released: In Search of Beauty is music that Leif Kaner-Lidström has specifically written for this group of musicians: Kaidi Akinnibi, Alex Cosmo Blake, Hugo Piper, and Jack Robson. The album’s aim is to combine the aliases and influences that have so far brought him to where he is, and unify them under a single genre, representing all in one.

Leif Kaner-Lidström is a classically trained musician who has built his career around this expertise, though his compositions draw from a range of genres, notably finding a place in the UK Jazz scene. Performing under the alias Eriksson Kaner, he has released vinyl and digital works that have earned widespread acclaim.

As a member of the award-winning Levitation Orchestra and under the name Erik Sigurd, he has a vast collection of improvised solo piano recordings with millions of streams worldwide. Using his real name, he has also performed globally as a concert pianist alongside classical legends like Jess Gillam and Anne Sofie von Otter.
