About Bruce Johnson

Originally from Mississippi and now based in London, Bruce Lester Johnson is a commanding jazz, soul and blues vocalist known for his velvety tone and deeply expressive performances.

Standing at 6’4” with a rich bass-baritone voice, Bruce has captivated audiences worldwide, from intimate jazz clubs to major concert stages. His career spans work as a voiceover artist, session singer, soundtrack contributor and actor, with appearances in Silo and Indiana Jones 5.

His award-winning debut album That’s The Deal Baby (2017) blends contemporary blues and soul, while his appearance on The Voice France led to his involvement in the multi-platinum project Forever Gentlemen. Having recently performed his Barry White Celebration show internationally, Bruce brings both authenticity and passion to this music:
