Funky New Orleans Rhythm & Blues

Combine the sounds of Charles Street NOLA and Camden Town LDN – and you have The Fallen Heroes! Brothers Ben and Emile Martyn give you a musical treat combining music from two of the best cities in the world! Ben and Emile were immersed in the legendary New Orleans Jazz scene from a young age.

Thanks to their jazz drummer father, Barry Martyn whose love for the New Orleans Jazz scene, had him touring, recording and producing with the best! The Martyn’s have been lucky to meet and study with the likes of George Lewis, John Handy, and Harold Dejan of the world famous Olympia Brass Band.

Their love for the crescent city is painted all over their catchy, heart-warming original tunes with a wee ska flare and we can’t wait for you to get yourself down to Toulouse, order yourself a Sazerac (if you’re feeling devilish) and enjoy!

Ben Martyn – Vocals, Bass
Dom Coles – Drums
Dean Ross – Piano
John O’Neill – Sax
Finlay Milne – Trumpet, Vocals
