By purchasing a Toulouse Lautrec Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Piano Room – Dinner & Live Music Shows

Membership includes free entry to all Piano Room “Dinner & Live Music” shows for the membership holder and up to three (3) guests.

Advance booking is required to guarantee entry.

A minimum of one main course per person must be ordered when attending these shows.

All bookings are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

2. Jazz Club Shows

Members receive 20% off tickets for all Jazz Club shows, valid for the member plus up to three (3) guests per booking.

Booking fees are waived for these discounted tickets.

Discounts are not valid on certain EFG London Jazz Festival performances, private shows, or selected performances which may be excluded at the venue’s discretion.

Free Entry or 50% discount to Selected Special Nights are valid for membership holders and up to 3 guests. Members will be contacted via email with details about these specific performance and how to book.

3. Restaurant Discounts

Members receive 10% off food and drinks in our restaurant for parties of up to four (4) people.

This discount is not valid on special event days, including (but not limited to) Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, and New Year’s Eve.

4. Guaranteed Seating

Membership includes guaranteed seating for every show, in line with our seating policy.

Members are encouraged to arrive early to secure preferred seating as we operate on a first come, first served basis.

5. General

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Benefits are available for the duration of the membership and may be reviewed or updated by Toulouse Lautrec at any time.

Misuse of membership privileges may result in cancellation of the membership without refund.
