Enjoy an evening of live music while you dine with Corina Kwami, a London-based American vocalist whose music draws together her Ghanaian-Irish heritage and experiences of living across Africa, Latin America and Europe.
Influenced by stride piano, West African highlife, Irish folk, soul and Brazilian music, Corina brings a vibrant international character to the jazz tradition. Her background in rhythm tap, samba and West African dance also shapes her rhythmic approach, giving each performance a natural sense of movement.
Described by Jazz in Europe as the “Queen of Storytelling”, Corina has performed across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. Expect an engaging evening of jazz, rhythm and stories from around the world in the intimate Piano Room at Toulouse Lautrec.
