Each show some of the most exciting and innovative musicians in the city come together to create improvised sonic explorations that weave new paths between jazz, breakbeat, hip hop, afrobeat, soul and funk.

Meet Parthenope, a talented musician hailing from Leeds, UK, who has already left an indelible impression on the music scene. A multifaceted artist, she excels as both a saxophonist and a singer. Her music blends the elements of subtle improvisation and jazz harmony seamlessly into danceable tracks, adorned with catchy, glittering pop melodies and introspective lyrics.

Having garnered a substantial following on various social media platforms, Parthenope’s popularity continues to soar. Her eagerly awaited debut was recently featured as part of the renowned ‘Bluenote Reimagined Vol.2’ compilation album, showcasing the finest artists in UK jazz. As excitement builds, her debut EP titled ‘Go Somewhere Alone’ is scheduled for release on June 2nd, promising an unforgettable musical journey.
