Admission Terms

1. Ticket Policy:

Tickets are non-refundable within 5 days of the event start time. Within this period, tickets may only be exchanged for credit towards future purchases.

No exchanges will be permitted within 48 hours of the event start time.

2. Age Requirement:

Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

3. Age Verification:

We operate a strict age verification policy. Attendees who appear younger than 21 may be asked to provide photographic identification.

4. Seating Allocation:

Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To guarantee seating, please arrive before the start time of the event.

5. Admission and Seating Policy:

Once the event has commenced, we reserve the right to fill any empty seats with individuals from our waiting list or attendees at the door.

Late arrivals will still be admitted; however, they may be asked to stand at the back until seating becomes available.

6. Recording and Photography:

Video recording and photography are permitted and encouraged. However, please refrain from using flashes or strong lights, as they may disturb our performers.
