Ticket & Admission Terms
1. Ticket Policy – Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Protection via XCover
Refunds are only available to customers who have purchased Refund Protection through XCover at the time of booking. Any refund requests under this protection must be submitted directly to XCover, in accordance with their terms and conditions. Claims are directly dealt with XCover via this link.
Non-Refundable Sales
All ticket sales are non-refundable, except in the event that a performance is cancelled in full.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets are fully transferable. Patrons who are unable to attend may transfer their tickets to another guest without restriction.
Programme and Schedule Changes
Minor amendments to event timings, set times, or performer line-ups do not constitute grounds for a refund.
In the event of changes beyond our control, all tickets will remain valid, and a high-quality performance will be ensured.
Exchanges, Credits & Cooling-Off Period
Customers who have not purchased Refund Protection may request to exchange tickets for venue credit toward a future event, provided that notice is given no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled show date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for exchange or credit with the venue.
Tickets purchased in error may be eligible for a refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases, refunds will exclude any booking or transaction fees. However, no refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the scheduled event start time, regardless of when the tickets were purchased.
2. Seating Policy
Seating is allocated upon arrival, and all guests will be assigned a seat. While we do not offer seat reservations, seating preferences are honoured on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are attending with other ticket holders and would like to be seated together, please include their names during the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate group seating.
Please note that during busy periods, table sharing with other guests may be required.
3. Age Requirement
Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We operate a strict age verification policy. Attendees who appear younger than 21 may be asked to provide photographic identification. Life drawing classes are 18+ only events.
4. Food & Drink Policy
A selection of snacks and post-dinner desserts is available for purchase during performances.
Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted on the premises.
If you wish to bring a celebration cake, a service fee of £5 per person will apply, capped at £50 per party.
We do not offer corkage under any circumstances.
5. Latecomers
Once the event has commenced, we reserve the right to fill any empty seats with individuals from our waiting list or attendees at the door. Late arrivals will still be admitted; however, they may be asked to stand at the back until seating becomes available.
6. Recording and Photography
Video recording and photography are permitted and encouraged. However, please refrain from using flashes or strong lights, as they may disturb our performers. The venue will sometimes film or live stream the event at the request of the performers.
Please be aware that photos and videos may be taken during performances for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in this way.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.
By purchasing a ticket or attending our event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
