Emerging Artists is a night of talent showcase and new music, celebrating the arrival of spring. The line up includes jazz singer-songwriter Harry T Pope, the traditional Chinese SOAS Sizhu 丝竹 ensemble, and WestEnd’s Candy Ma. Accompanied by Eunoia Music Band. The event is presented by Sok-Ho Trinh.

Harry T Pope

Harry T Pope, a 22-year-old independent artist from Croxley Green near Watford, blends influences from Billy Joel to My Chemical Romance, infusing catchy pop melodies with jazz, rock, and soulful vocals. Despite a background in multiple instruments, he found his voice at 16, showcased in his debut single ‘Stay Away’.


SOAS Sizhu

Let yourself be transported to the tea-houses of Shanghai with SOAS Sizhu 丝竹 (Silk & Bamboo), an ensemble with over two decades of history. Their traditional Chinese music, performed by past and present SOAS students, is a captivating blend of cultural heritage and musical mastery.

SOAS Sizhu 丝竹 (Silk & Bamboo) Ensemble, with over 20 years of experience, epitomizes traditional Chinese music akin to Shanghai’s tea-house ambiance. Comprising past and present SOAS students, their performances span renowned venues worldwide, from museums to festivals and private functions.


Daniel Len

Daniel is a British/Chinese Actor and singer/songwriter hailing from North London. Most recently he has been touring in the UK and internationally with Dirty Dancing in Concert.


Supporting the the night’s groove is Eunoia Music Band, with cellist and composer Gisela Paterno, pianist/singer-songwriter Joaquin Perdomo, debuting his new single ‘Stellar Love’, and their lead singer Sok-Ho, a cool mix of actor and musician, who will dish out his own tunes, perfectly in sync with the night’s energy.
