Hooray for Hollywood: A celebration of MGM studios’ is a show that brings to life the brilliant songwriting of the golden age of Hollywood repurposed for an intimate jazz setting. Isobel and her band Matyás Gayer piano, Matyás Hofecker bass and Joe Dessauer drums bring Tinsel Town to London Town with fresh arrangements of classic tunes from blockbuster films such as ‘Singin’ in the Rain’, ‘The Wizard of Oz’, ‘High Society’ and many more. This elegant programme treats the audience to familiar favourites in a relaxed setting whilst not compromising on the style and spontaneity of an authentic jazz quartet.
