The Women in Jazz Media EFG London Jazz Festival is back for its third year, kicking off with an exceptional performance by The London Gay Big Band at Toulouse Lautrec. Founded in 2011, The London Gay Big Band has garnered attention through their impressive performances. They have graced renowned events such as the EFG London Jazz Fest (2021) and London Pride, and have performed at notable venues in London and internationally, including Ronnie Scott’s, BST Hyde Park Festival, Southbank Centre, Trafalgar Square, and more.
In 2014, The London Gay Big Band reached the Semi Finals of Britain’s Got Talent, captivating a television audience of 7 million viewers. Their talent and energy have earned them praise from notable figures like David Walliams.
