Introducing… The Bohème Hot Club
Step into 1930s Paris with The Bohème Hot Club, bringing uplifting Gypsy Jazz, vintage swing and vibrant European charm to Toulouse Lautrec.
Upbeat Parisian Manouche, vintage swing and vibrant Gypsy Jazz vocals
Be transported back to the Golden Age of 1930s Paris as The Bohème Hot Club bring their uplifting blend of Gypsy Jazz, vintage swing and European charm to Toulouse Lautrec.
Inspired by the iconic photograph of Edith Piaf reading Django Reinhardt’s palm (Paris, circa 1947), The Bohème Hot Club conjure up a magical combination of enticing storytelling and Manouche perfection. Expect swinging Gypsy Jazz tunes, joyful classics from The Great American Songbook, and beautiful European songs performed in French, Spanish, Italian and Russian.
Led by vocalist Alisa Lands, with Nathan Mansfield on violin and trumpet, David Ahmed and Richard Bawcombe on guitars, and Paul Malloy on double bass, The Bohème Hot Club create a warm, feel-good atmosphere that is perfect for jazz lovers, swing dancers and anyone looking for a lively night of vintage-inspired live music.

They also thoroughly enjoy playing for swing dancers and perform for Swing Patrol and The Swingsters on a regular basis.
A regular hit with our audiences, and a great group that we can’t stop going back to. We program them on a number of occasions, and we’re always asked by our audiences when they’re next going to be with us. A real feel good group that our audiences can’t get enough of! Arts Depot
