Unpredictable, infectious, and wildly ear opening music from energetic saxophonist Aaron Liddard.

London-based saxophonist/composer Aaron Liddard and his band perform material from his album ‘Nylon Man’. Released to critical acclaim in 2022, the record is unpredictable, infectious, and wildly ear opening, featuring a vast range of genres including jazz, funk, breakbeat, neo soul and Latin jazz.

The album is named after the three cities that most influenced Aaron (New York, London and Manchester) and he describes it as “roughly 12 years in the making” and a summation of his career to this point.

Liddard’s live shows never fail to entertain audiences with exhilaratingly inclusive performances, getting audiences involved with clapping, singing along, dancing, and even hugging mid-gig.

Aaron’s extensive musical career spans various genres and collaborations with notable artists like Amy Winehouse, Prince, and Maceo Parker. Despite his diverse experiences, jazz remains his passion, describing it as an inclusive and evolving art form that allows him to fully explore his musical influences.

His achievements have been recognized by Blues and Soul magazine, featuring him on their cover and praising his work. Additionally, his compositions have been highlighted by American jazz website All About Jazz and Jazz FM, earning accolades such as ‘Song of the Day’ and ‘Song of the Week.’

Aaron’s impact extends beyond publications, with features in London Jazz News and North East Online, along with interviews on various radio stations. His album, “Nylon Man,” garnered positive reviews from multiple sources and received airplay on numerous radio stations worldwide.
